What is The Diner?
The diner is a small, locally-owned and operated family diner located in Newark. It's a friendly place to bring your family for simple and quick meals of good American favorites, like fresh-made burgers and fries that don't come off of an assembly line.
Get to know the staff. Our staff is the type that you'll get to know by name, and they'll know yours. We aim to be the kind of place that when you come in and order "the usual," we know what you want. Come often enough and we might even name an item on the menu after you, like our latest addition to the menu; our "Napalm" Chili, so hot you'll cry like you were a little girl named Ashley! But come in for a great hole-in-the-wall dining experience.
